“Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and even helped drive us to the train station and stopped at the beautiful snowy sights around Biei along the way. This is a beautiful location, close to AKJ airport (by car, or by bus with a bit of walking). We decided to stay here because we wanted an easy location to stay the night after arriving in Hokkaido, before heading to the mountains. It was cozy, quiet, and clean, and we would stay here again happily.”

“친절한 주인 내외분이 편안하게 대해주셨고 저녁으로 먹은 네팔식 카레도 절말 훌륭했고 아침식사로 나온 셀러드와 빵 그리고 신선한 음료도 정말 좋았답니다. 큰길가 바로 옆이라 찾기도 쉬웠고 객실도 깨끗하고 편안했답니다. 욕실이 공용이라서 조금 걱정이었는데 전혀 불편함이 없이 사용했답니다. 세탁은 안했지만 세탁기도 있었고 좋은 공기와 아름다운 새소리에 절로 눈이떠지는 좋은 숙소 였답니다.”

While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
