"I came for a bit of skiing and had a lovely visit. The room was comfortable, and the kitchenette is great. I only wish I had stayed longer so I could have used it. There isn’t a proper grocery store in Jozankei, so it would be best to get groceries in Sapporo before heading up to Jozankei. The Onsen was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. "Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms.
