"Arrived at the airport and called the front desk about 10:20 to let them know we needed to utilize the airport shuttle to the hotel a lady answered this is on 510 she said that she would let them know and as soon as we collected our luggage to give her a call back I gave her my name and she also took my telephone number about 5 minutes later I called her back told her we had secured our luggage and she said okay he is on his way went down to the shuttle arrival location met another lady there with two teenagers that were also waiting to come to the same Hotel gave her the phone number to the hotel she also called directly in front of me and said that she was also waiting and was told that the traffic was thick and that the gentleman was on his way we waited together about another half an hour all together I would say we waited about an hour and the shuttle never came other shuttles came went and came back and still no shuttle from Holiday Inn I called the front desk again at this point it was about 11:20 got a gentleman because shift changed had happened and he said that the driver was already gone that he doesn't work past 11:00 I let him know that we called it 10:20 and the lady I spoke to took my name and phone number and said he was on his way and he said he had no record of that we ended up having to get an Uber to the hotel but once we got here the gentleman did refund or Uber charge which was very nice and very unexpected and we had a wonderful stay otherwise at the hotel the amenities were nice the bed was very comfortable and I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room or the property all in all I would stay here again"
