"Great location "

"I just needed a last-minute place to sleep so I wasn’t totally picky and it was very affordable so there was that! The bedsheets looked like they were not clean. They were very wrinkled, and it did not appear as if the bed was just made which bothered me, but I was so tired and it was too late in the evening to make changes. The location is very good. Very close to the university so you really can’t beat that. On site parking, which is free, which is also a plus in Cincinnati. Little things like no garbage can in the bathroom, which was kind of a pain. Honestly, I had to keep throwing my garbage either in the toilet or take it around the corner to the one garbage can in the room. The remote was filthy greasy actually I had to clean it. These are just little things, but they were adding up. The breakfast was subpar. I realize it’s continental, but there was not even any real cream for the coffee. Very very few choices, but it was enough to get a quick bite and be on my way. I will say the staff both the lady that works in the dining area and the woman behind the counter in the evening were over the top amazing. Very helpful and very friendly. "

"We got there an hour after check-in in our room was still not available and we had to wait 30-40 minutes. There were several other guests doing the same soI think they were just understaffed. Other than that, the stay was just fine and there were no issues."
