“We had a rough stay here. While I understand this isn't a 4-star hotel, our basic needs were not met. When initially booking this place, it said there was a continental breakfast. There wasn't. It forced us to spend additional money on breakfast. We had many cleanliness issues as well. The floors were so dirty, like they haven't been mopped in years. The grounds were also gross. “This is the 1st and last time my family stays here. Room was terrible, rust in the tub and mold on the bathroom ceiling, bedding had stains on it. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana, witnessed 2 drug deals in the parking lot, and a fight in the back of the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible, with barely any choices. The entire place was dirty and loud. Spend the extra money and find another place to stay. The area is not good at all”

“Extremely upset and disappointed in the staff, they did not realize that they already gave us the room. We are in the room, and then they gave keys to another guest, which walked in our room why my wife was changing. I am extremely upset that something like this occurred. I expect privacy when I pay to stay at a hotel. I expressed my displeasure with the staff. Yes, they did apologize with rolling eyes extremely disrespectful.”
