"Great hotel, It did bug me a little you pay a lot of money for a room and charged for a resort fee and then you want a $100 a day for a chair and umbrella on the beach. The small things can really tick people off some times we spent $7000 for a week at your hotel and then no free beach chairs. But other then that it was amazing. "

"The property is in a great location with direct access to the beach, if you want to stay away from hustle and bustle this is the place. What I didn't like is, the property(rooms/exterior) is pretty outdated. Needs massive upgrades, esp, seeing rust on the stairs. The other part I didn't like was there was no common area with a microwave, they said they can send a microwave to the room for a fee, and I did not have a problem with the fee, but my problem was that we needed it only to warm milk...

"Good affordable place to stay. Room was not any great shakes but was clean and having a refrigerator was very convenient. Location is very nice for getting to the mall and the beaches. All hotels charge the hotel fee so cannot really criticize too much for that."

"Overall the stay was great ! The staffing customer service was on point , they were welcoming, friendly and always smiling . The facility is a walking distance to the beach , like maybe 2 minutes walk.. Starbucks is across the street so that was great ! And kids get all the beach stuff for free included with the stay , ( floaters , sand toys , umbrellas , surf boards ) The pool area was quiet and relaxing , The kitchenette was clean and house keeping was great . "Great place, close to everything waikiki has to offer. T Parking is a huge plus! the condo did have chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for use which was very convenient. "
