“perfect location for exploring Providence”

“Room organization was pitifully disorganized.”

“The staff were very friendly, but the furniture in the room was dusty, the soundproofing was poor, and the indoor thermostat was very noisy.”

“Staff was helpful in all aspects of our stay.”

“It was the most terrible hotel in my life. It was a place for homeless family. Very small room. Poor bed. No dishes and utensils. No towels. Smells. Dirty. No room service. Severe noise from Highway 95. Rough people. It was hell to us.”
