"Had a great time. Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was perfect. Took my daughter for my birthday to American Dream and’s NYC would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to go back. "

"The a/c was not working in the room and had to call maintenance to fix. The TV was not connected, so maintenance connected it while they were there fixing a/c. Water damage in bathroom and tiles missing. Shower handle broken, but I was able to get hot water. Hotel bed frame dusty/dirty. Hotel does not have restaurant or bar. It has a Mexican restaurant entrance on second floor. Lobby staff could not print out my bill until I checked out. I was charged more than what I booked on Expedia. Overall the hotel needs renovation, and I have no reason to stay there again."
