"Very impressed overall with the hotel- great location - beautiful room - checkin staff was awesome -the only criticism I have is approaching the front desk around 630 am to inquire about the continental breakfast- the man at the front desk said it’s not included with your Expedia booking and I said I was aware but understood it could be acquired for a fee - he said no- I asked if there was anything close by and he said he wasn’t sure and suggested I use a map 🙄 i expressed to my friend that I felt he was being difficult when a nice gentleman chimed in and began to tell us where we could get coffee /breakfast including Tim Hortons which was just a block up the street- I noticed when we returned that the nice gentleman who chimed in was the concierge who had since changed into his uniform. I think the guy on the night shift maybe was tired but no excuse. Despite that I would stay there again - the concierge saved the day"
