“Clean room, kind staff. Convenient parking. The reception area is beautiful! We found this hotel very walkable with several amenities nearby. It was great for a one night stay!”

“We checked in, and we never saw another staff member until the next morning. There was a purse standing out in front of the hotel drinking beer, there were people towards the side, back having barbecue and drinking, making a lot of noise. The pool area was horrible and it was filthy and very loud. You couldn't even sleep because of all the noise that was in the pool. I think if people have children, and they're checking into that total. Those rooms that are facing the pool should be specifically...

“When we booked we were just looking for a little room for the night- but the property was a gem in the center of Mount Vernon. The staff was so helpful when we arrived and the breakfast was perfection (we didn’t know it came with breakfast! What a treat). We feel so lucky to have found the Mount Vernon Inn for our brief visit to Kenyon College.”

“The staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect. When I thought it couldn’t get any better the food was top notch! Was in town for the Mid Ohio MotoAmerica races so I only spent one night wished I could have enjoyed it longer. I will certainly be back next year for the races. “Staff is incredibly helpful. The rooms are much better than the outside of the hotel would suggest. Still my go-to stay for me and crew at Mid-Ohio. That said, furniture and stuff are starting to look rode hard and put away wet. Dings, scratches and broken things are accumulating. Hotel lost power and water due to storms; main panel burned out loss. We were at Mid-O and didn’t know. Hotel found us a room elsewhere. Better hotel. No additional charge. That’s great service.”
