Hudson Valley, New York hotel rooms at the Benchmark

"I recently stayed at this indoor water park hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing. One of the main reasons we chose this place was for a fun and restful family getaway, but that was not what we got. Late at night, the hallways were filled with kids running up and down, yelling and playing well past a reasonable hour. The noise made it extremely difficult to sleep, especially for our family after a long day. It seemed like there was little to no enforcement of quiet hours, which was very disappointing for a hotel that caters to families. While I understand that kids will be kids—especially in a fun environment like a water park—there should still be some level of supervision or hotel policy enforcement to ensure that all guests can rest comfortably at night. Overall, the lack of nighttime control and consideration for guests trying to sleep really impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful and restful experience. I won’t come back! "
