The worst is the washing machine which I was planning to use, but once I open the lid the inside smell like urine so I end up handwashing in the bathroom sink."

"This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Seoul. The room temperature was not controllable. It was too warm. The air conditioner could not be turned on for maintenance, so the only way to cool down was to open the windows. Unfortunately, an outside renovation was underway and making a lot of noise. These conditions should have been disclosed before or after reservations are made. The elevators were slow and crowded. The whole stay was terrible. The only saving grace was that the room had a view of KyungBokGung, Blue House, and Bukak mountain. "
