โFirst of all, Receptionist can speak english!!! It is not common in Mexico.
One Who can not speak spanish will so hard to travel mexico ;/

โHotel Posada XVII defines charm. The hotel is one of the most unique experiences I've had for lodging and I will definitely opt for Posada if I'm back in Puebla. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and respond to needs. The hotel room was quirky and unique and we loved the ambiance of the entire hotel. The historic building is 3 floors and we stayed at the top so be prepared for stairs, but there are beautiful terraces to sit on and relax while taking a break...
โEl check-in es extremadamente sencillo, las habitaciรณn estaba excelente, superando ampliamente mis expectativas.
El baรฑo estaba limpio, camas cรณmodas, las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado y son demasiado amplias.
Tal vez un extra que podrรญan implementar serรญa un Roku o algo asรญ para las televisiรณnes, para disfrutar de series o pelรญculas.
Un tema que me pareciรณ excelente son los espacios, tienen una cocina por si quieres preparar de comer, un espacio para matar el tiempo ya sea...
โNew facility, friendly staff, good location. Very noisy from outside street. Very loud room next door, could listen to conversations from guests on the next room, paper this walls, did not supply enough complimentary drinking water.โ
โTodo estuvo excelente, atenciรณn de primera, hotel limpio y tranquilo, bien ubicado, moderno, lo รบnico que no estuvo bien es su convenio de estacionamiento, muy caro y mal servicio del lugar, por ese detalle no regresarรญa โ
