“nice architecture”

“Good location, friendly staff. Very clean, staff very helpful and efficient. Bathroom well set up and separate toilet. Would have been useful to have a hanging rail within the bath/shower room to make better use of the drying setting that exists within the room. Some good eating options close by, One room so a bit crowded for a family but for city a reasonable option. Only two bar stools (this is as per advertisement), but with no where else to sit a bit inconvenient. Large kitchen bench but...

“Unfortunately, our experience at Tokyo Dome Hotel was very disappointing. Although we had booked a smoking room, we did not expect the smell of cigarette smoke to be so overwhelming. The smell was extremely strong not only inside the room but throughout the corridor as well. The hotel offered to deodorise the room after we raised the issue, but we felt this should have been done before check-in, especially considering how strong the smell was. In the end, the room was so unpleasant that we...

“Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!”

“Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.”

“It was my 3rd time staying there. It is convenient, the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend.”

“Avoid 4pm check-in, 10am check-out deals”
