"エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。
部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。
調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"繁華街より少し離れていますが、車があればなんの問題もありませんでした。近くに徒歩で行けるお店も何軒かあり、有名なお店もありました。今回は初めての宮古島だったのでヴィラの周りはあまりゆっくり散歩できませんでしたが、ヴィラ自体も綺麗で、周りも静かで、さとうきび畑や、とてつもなく綺麗な夕陽、風力発電のブレードが回っているのが見えて、とても美しかったです。大人2人子供3人で泊まりましたが、ベッドも充分でした。また機会 があれば利用したいです。ありがとうございました。"

"隅々まで掃除が行き届いており清潔感がありました。
また室内は広々としており、家具もおしゃれで家族みんな大満足でした。
特に、ドラム式洗濯機と浴室乾燥機があったのが最高でした。海から帰ってきてすぐにシャワーができたり、濡れたり汚れた衣類を帰宅前に全て洗濯して持って帰れるのは大変気持ちが良かったです。"
