"Amazing staff, location, view and amenities. I got sick coming from another hotel at check in and the Sheraton staff were lifesavers. They assisted me to my room and checked in on me multiple times throughout my stay. Great amenities and fantastic breakfast options. I highly recommend and I’ll be back at the Sheraton Grand for my next visit to Rio de Janeiro."

"This hotel was great. I had the best time in several ways. The staff are so friendly, so attentive, so amazing. If you have any questions just ask them and even if they aren’t sure they will point you in the right direction. Renaco was so lovely, he helped us with idea on what to do and was really friendly and would always remind us to stay safe and look after our phone. Staying here was so worth it. I would definitely stay here again no doubt. The room is spacious, bathroom is also spacious. They have us a big bottle of water everyday. Everyone was so friendly and I would highly recommend staying here. Great location as well."

"Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also."

"The breakfast was good, lots of choices but the WiFi does not work in the rooms . The location is very central and close to a lot of things but they do not have a clothes iron. The staff said they offer ironing but only in the morning and I needed to iron my shirt at night so I had to go without. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were a bit dated and had mold on some of the tiles ."

"I liked everything about the hotel,staff cleanliness, location.Maybe a bit more variety of hot food for breakfast and the room I was in could do with a few hooks on the wall to hang your clothes on but not a big problem.Found the front reception staff very helpful,all spoke good English and were pleasant and polite.👍"
