"Fantastic place. Best location. Good people,. Room was very comfortable. The town itself is the best place to be at to explore the Moselle valley regions. Why 4 stars? Like everywhere else in Germany, the AC was poor. Almost non existent. World over .. if the hotel says AC, it means it cools the room at night. Here I almost expected that it wont and it did not. Cant give 5 stars."

"The breakfast was vastly over priced for what it was , breakfast was until 11am at 9.3oam there was little cheese and meat when we asked for some more there seemed to be confusion like but there is food there. £57 for bread rolls ,orange,coffee and some salami,cheese, that was 2 adults and 3 kids , unfortunatly a rip off. Still next time i know ,i would use hotel again as very good."

A wonderful touch is the 24 hour trust station with snacks, drinks, and complimentary water, which makes the stay feel effortless. Step outside to gentle walking paths and open sky that invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature. A simple, beautiful escape. Deutsch Das Berghotel Kristall wirkt vom ersten Moment an beruhigend, eingebettet in eine ruhige Landschaft mit weitem Blick. Die Einrichtung ist warm und durchdacht, mit sanftem Licht, gemütlichen Sitzbereichen und einladenden Rückzugsorten. Große Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und verstärken die entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Mahlzeiten sind einfach und gut, im Bistro-Stil serviert. "Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
