“I had an issue with the cleanliness of the Jacuzzi tub. The staff was amazing both at check-in all they fixed the TV and the next day when I had a complaint about the tub . Would I go back? I am considering it only because thestaff was awesome and truly cared about our stayand they made it right as they could after the fact.”

They picked us up at the airport and drove us to our embarkation place the next day. There is no elevator, but the staff carried our luggage up and down the stairs. We felt valued as customers.”
