“Stayed 2 nights. Checked in late afternoon and didn't realize until the next day ac unit wasn't blowing cold air. Phone on nightstand wasn't connected to wall outlet. There was no wall outlet available due to remodel contractor deleting it! Second night was very warm and maintenance supervisor went to Costco and bought 2 fans. Requested a different room but they were overbooked.”

“We chose the ocean view side, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Each room has a picture window. Every morning before you would go out or every evening before you would come back, magnificent views would be waiting for you. What an enjoyable and relaxing experience from the comfort of your room! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.”

“This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.”
