“Good place to stay. I would recommend. Nice surroundings, friendly people, But a bit steep on price, when there is no arrangements for food or breakfast etc. otherwise excellent ”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very small for 2 adults with 3 suitcases. The view of the river and mountains was wonderful. I am glad we did not select the courtyard view since the courtyard was a dark hallway between the individual unit entries on either side. Great place for the price. The heater was adequate for the 45 degrees from last night, but it may be weak on colder nights. ”

“Fantastic hotel! Usually suburb lodge is too old and dirty, but this hotel is really clean and trendy! Like a gallery! And moreover yesterday I watched aurora in my room! It's incredible location to catch aurora. You don't need to drive away to catch aurora in the middle of night! Just enjoy aurora in the room. Finally every staff is very kind, they are good listener and gave me lots of information to travel Fairbanks. I really appreciate it. 100% reccomend hotel! I definitely come again.”

“Fantastic lodging option and very affordable. The rooms are located above a very popular bar that does Karaoke night which is very fun and lively. Everytime I told people in the area I was staying at the Fairview Inn they would always ask me questions about the place because of its rich history. Be aware though that the rooms are quite small and there are shared bathrooms, but with two bathrooms you won’t have to wait long to use them and they’re cleaned every day. I highly recommend the...

“This hotel is not as "nice" as hotels where we usually stay. That said, the sleeping quality was excellent! The mattress was more comfortable than nicer places we stayed around the state. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A negative for us is that there was no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs which was not an easy feat. I would recommend this hotel for travelers wanting to save money because this hotel is much cheaper than others in the area. ”

“Went above and beyond. We rented a queen room for my husband and I to watch our son play football. Our son was supposed to stay with the team, but was injured in the game so we needed a cot so he could stay with us. We called Extended Stay from the ER and they said they’d see what they could do. ”
