"The aparthotel was in a great location for trains, trams, buses aswell as Nice old town and beach. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The 2 bedroom apartment was great and well equipped for a long stay. The decor was a little in need of updating but this did not distract from it being a brilliant place to stay. "

"This place is perfect for a certain type of folks. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated its affordability. Not much A/C and comfortable with no frills, except for the great pool area. "We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "Iconic hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our room on the sixth floor although the bathroom was too small and the closet was tiny Service throughout the hotel was excellent although housekeeping was inconsistent. They routinely forget to replace coffee cups, teabags, etc. Not what you'd expect for over $1,100 a night. Overall though the Martinez is highly recommended."
