"Staff are fantastic. My ocean view room was on the corner so had 2 windows with 2 different views. An older hotel but has been updated. Remember this is a Mexican hotel and the majority of guests are Mexican families. That is what I like about it but others not so much. "

"So many stairs, our major complaint- very poor service. We watched the waitress put left over salsa from one table back into the main container and then scoop it back out for a new table . Disgusting "

" The staff were really nice and very helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping was a little unusual, as I had to ask them to come and touch up the room instead of it being done automatically. The shower also doesn’t have a door, so quite a bit of water splashes out and can make a mess in the bathroom. Aside from those minor issues, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place."
