“This was by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at. The room was not clean when we arrived—we found long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The hotel also appears to have maintenance issues. The room door was noticeably out of square, leaving a large gap where we could see people walking by in the hallway. “Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.”
