โWe were on a business trip. There weren't many options in Madison but this hotel had the best reviews. I would definitely recommend and woukd stay there again. Clean and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was a nice added perk.โ
โWe had a comedy of errors. Air didnโt work . They upgraded us to another room and then lock didnโt work and they had to move us to another room . Staff was so accommodating and made all of the aggravation most definitely worth it . We were never upset and they were so pleasant and accommodating and polite and apologetic . โ
โIt was a great stay for overnight. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. The kids had fun playing in the game room, which was nice. It kept them busy. Staff was friendly and we didnโt have any issues at all. โ
โI noticed some black mold that may have already been treated under the sink and in the bathroom. The room had the smell of black mold when we first entered. โ
โExcelente hotel. El desayuno sรบper bueno, sรบper limpio. La ubicaciรณn es excelente tiene de todo alrededor . El servicio del staff sรบper amigable, dan el todo por complacer al cliente. Elizabeth del front desk es muy profesional pero lo mรกs importante complaciente en todo lo que estรก a su alcance. Lo recomiendo al 120%โ
