"Do not stay here. While the room itself was clean, the property is in a state of severe disrepair. The exterior walls are literally crumbling, the driveway is full of massive potholes, the elevator was broken without any warning signs, and the room was completely battered (rusted hardware, scratched walls, aged carpet).
To make matters worse, we woke up Saturday morning to a leak coming from the bathroom ceiling. Front desk staff (Amy) admitted they had no engineer on site to fix it and didn't offer us a new room. She promised to refund one night's stay for the massive inconvenience and told us to settle it at checkout.
When we checked out Sunday, James at the front desk refused to honor the refund, blaming his colleague for not processing it sooner. Since then, management has completely ducked my calls. They do not care about property upkeep, and they do not honor the financial agreements made by their own staff. Avoid this place at all costs."
