"The room is really clean and the staff are respectful. The only minor issue we had is the common laundry which only has 2 machines so people are cramming to do their laundry in the morning. I wish they have at least 2 more washing machines to accommodate the volume. But overall, our experience was really great!"

"Very clean rooms. Great location close to subway. Courteous staff. Many great restaurants and a wonderful bakery’s nearby. Really everything you need in a room."

"The room was really spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was great, had heaps to do. Would stay again"

"We didn't purchase breakfast with our reservation, but it's served in the coffee shop at the ground level. We ate at the coffee shop for breakfast during our stay, menu variety was good and prices are reasonable. Bathroom for our room is a little tight, but they do offer public bath on 2nd floor (Lobby), however, space is limited as well. Oedo line and Asakusa line are within 5 min of walk."
