โThe rooms were not clean. The bathroom was stinking. We asked multiple times to clean bathroom before reception sent someone to clean it. The bedsheets were not sanitized and the overall condition of the room wasn't great. I will not recommend them to anyone.โ
โI had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. โ
