"I had an enjoyable stay"

"Had a wonderful time at the hotel the owners made us feel as if we were at home. Staff were excellent throughout the 4 days we spent there . We ate fantastic breakfast at the hotel each morning and was lovely and tasty we ate in the hotel restaurant twice for evening meal which was delicious and large portions. I would recommend the hotel to anyone as it is steps awayfromthe beach. The car park was steps away from the front of the hotel. "

"Great staff all very friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Had a honesty bar which was a really good idea. You could take own drink into bar hosts didn’t mind at all. Also a microwave to heat your own food if you wished to do so. Breakfast was very good you could have whatever you wanted. Lots of options. Modern and very clean. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Situated right on sea front and 3 minute walk to train station. Very convenient. "

"No parking to be found!"

"We had a 2 night stay. Craig was chatty, but failed to point out a few things at breakfast on the first morning which proved a little irritating. The pool is only available for guests on certain hours, for example 6-10pm only. Also, rooms are not serviced unless you actually ask for them to be. This information was on the noticeboard but this was not pointed out, so we didn't see it. Otherwise, a nice stay, a good breakfast. Oh, and very light coloured curtains so expect to be woken early."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Oliver's Guest House. Everything was clean, pleasant, nicely presented. This is on a quieter side of the town, which we appreciated. The host was very kind and accommodating."

"Fantastic stay, Maxine is a star, amazing host and full of smiles and chat! Our room (5) was amazing, had everything in it you could possibly need, bed is the best I’ve slept in and the breakfast was 1st class full English. Highly recommended and just wish we were staying longer! Thanks Max x"

"I have just spent a wonderful four nights stay at the Weymouth Sands and although I had a small single room situated towards the top of the house ( my choice) I had a lovely view of Weymouth Bay and the bed was so comfortable. Nicola not only produces the perfect breakfast but she is also the perfect host - affable, funny ( in the best sense of the word) and a mine of information - particularly in advising which restaurants to try. I would definitely recommend the Weymouth Sands and I intend to...
