"We stayed 1 night after the golden week so it was nice and quiet. Everything was wonderful except the dinner buffet was a little disappointment. I stayed a few years ago and also had the dinner buffet and i recall it was better. "

"Great hotel/hostel linked to a cafe, shop and cinema. The hotel was great overall, but by comparison to the rest of the facilities, the room felt a touch basic, if perfectly comfortableand spotlessly clean.
Great location in Karatsu, within a 5 minute walk to the train station and on a great pedestrianised street full of great shops (mainly with pottery goods).
Would totally recommend."

"We stayed one night in the Royal Suite with its own hotspring bathtub in the room. Didn’t realize it at the time of booking but it comes with the best dining seating location which gives the best view of the lush and tranquil garden, free private hot springs downstairs, and a huge suite room. Kaiseki dinner was just exquisite and delicious as well as the breakfast next morning. Almost like a fine dining experience. I tried the all the hotsprings available at the property: one in the suite,...

"There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking.
Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"Very central location. Easy access to airport. New hotel with free coffee/beverages and small snacks in the afternoon in the lounge on the 18th floor. "
"I should have heeded the bad reviews. Bedspread was a thin sheet directly on the mattress. The sheets had holes. Did not feel great walking barefoot on the carpet. There were brown smudges on the walls. We could not stay longer than 2 nights. The elevator doesn't use a room card so anyone can basically go to any of the floors and snoop around. We moved to JR Kyushu Blossom hotel and paid 4x the amount, not caring that we forfeited our money. There was another Livemax in another area in Tenjin that seemed better. The Tenjin West was not good. The only thing it was good for is the close proximity to the Tenjin Underground Mall and the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. "
"Breakfast was excellent and felt like a fine dine experience. Room was well furnished with lots of amenities included. Room is big and roomy. The staff are courteous and professional. Having a rental car to travel to the hotel will provide easier access, and parking is free. We can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore Fukuoka and the nearby cities (Daizaifu, Yufuin, Itoshima and others)."
"Staff were highly professional and looked well presented.
Room was spacious and comfortable, with room service everyday attending to the bedding and towels.
overall a great experience and well worth the money."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry."
"This hotel was amazing! It is two blocks from a train station, which helped so much with navigating. Very close to shopping and excellent food. Hotel staff was amazing. Beds and pillows are very comfy."
