The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful staff especially Mike in luggage storage and Angie at the front desk. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The gym was excellent. The pool is small and cold but it was sparkling clean. "

"There are no kettles or microwaves in the rooms which is frustrating. After asking, I was told that there was only one microwave on the property and it was in the basement near the laundry room. Each time I wanted a cup of tea I had to take two elevators. And then wait in line to use it. Ridiculous. Other than that I enjoyed the hotel. It's dated but has a cute ambience and the location is great. "
