"Staff were amazing. The pool was dirty and needs maintenance on the tiles-many were broken off. But my biggest complaint is the r elevator system. There are not enough elevators and the system assigns elevators not knowing how many people are going to that floor so after waiting 5-10 minutes each time-the elevator is jam packed. A security guard showed us the service elevator so we used those the 2nd half of the stay and it made all the difference."

The parking was a bit over priced but thats common for Hawaii so I don’t blame the hotel just be ready to spend 50 a night. The games -dominoes, mini golf, ring toss were great. Get snacks/drinks at the abc store across the street if possible. I spent 14 dollars on two sofas and a pack of starburst. Rooms were smaller than expected but clean and comfy. Was a good stay for what we were doing the breakfast made it worth it for sure."
