โCottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers โ
โNot even get Ice in hotel. Light issue is their those they have back-up system but AC is not working on back-up only ceiling fans are working. Dinning facility is not available in hotel.โ

They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. The listing in the website is like a scam, do not reserve from hotels.com. I hv no idea what is going to happen to my money now. Worst experience ever.โ
