6월5일 체크인 하여 방에 들어갔는데 , 쓰던 수건 2장이 샤워실에 널브러져 있고 방안에서는 찌든 담배냄새가 나고 변기는 청소를 않해 변기속은 검은 테투리가 있었다. 그리고 벽공사중인지 drywall 조각들이 복도에 있었음. 어떻게 상테에서 손님에게 방을 사용하라고 하는지 기가 막힘.

넓고 꺠끗한 방

Zion Canyon과 Bryce Canyon을 보기 위해 숙박했는데 방도 넓고 깨끗해서 만족합니다. 한국 단체가 많이 오는지 아침 식사 때 음식을 가방에 넣어가지 말라는 한글로 된 경고문 보고 부끄러웠습니다. 조심합시다. 위치 좋고 조용해서 잘 묵고 갑니다.

Unfriendly staff, poor plumbing-cold shower, old worn uncomfortable beds, no housekeeping unless you ask maybe. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL….terrible experience and website fotos very deceptive.

Prompt courteous check in and given room of choice. Good location, easy to find & ample parking. Roomy handicapped room. Cable TV, internet. Small, clean pool to cool off. Clean room, comfy bed. Great value one hour from Bryce.

Oh boy, the toilet bowl hasn’t been cleaned for ages maybe. It’s probably “the water is clean, oh it’s clean”. It’s black surrounding the water. The sheets and pillows and pillow case smell. I have to use the towels to cover one pillow and put away the other two . The breakfast ? Coffee and some others were always running out and front desk needs to be called. The next day, they don’t have to eggs. Probably this is a small business so I give 4 to the effort of the owner in meeting our needs. He’s probably saving some $$$

Had a need to reschedule my trip by one day due to unforseen inclement weather making safe travel impossible. The hotel was unwilling to work out any kind of deal or waiver of any kind even tho I was only a few hours past the 24hr mark and was not wanting to cancel but just postpone by one day. I still had plans to stay at the hotel, I only needed to reschedule so I could actually arrive safely with my 4 small children. Their unwillingness to work out any kind of deal and making me pay two full nights was frustrating to say the least. I know they have rules around cancelation and could see if it were a no call no show but I was a good 16 hours before check in when I inquired about just rescheduling, not cancelling. The customer service was very poor. Not to mention when I arrived for my new date after paying in advance for the two full nights as it had to be done, I had no other options, they tried to say I had no reservation. It wasn't until I called for confirmation through the third party that they "suddenly" received my reservation that was placed 24 hours before. This hotel is in mid condition at best and the customer service really shot it down a lot more.

The price was right but the property needed some work. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, there is value in this hotel.

Our car was loaded with luggage was right in front of our room. My handicapped spouse had only a few steps to our room. The fastest check-in in a long time. Also happy with two chairs. Laminate would be an improvement over carpet. For the rest we got good value. JD

The first room they put us in there was a hole in the bathtub and the door would not lock. The second room they put us in was much better

Dust on furniture. Hair on floor and walls in bathroom. Ants on coffee maker counter. Moth eaten curtains. Very comparable to our last Wyndham experience. No more Wyndham for us.

Located on North side of Kanab, on the main road. Good local restaurants 1 mile away and many other options some even closer. Reasonable fee for pet. Carpet and room look clean and functional. Great for overnight or a couple of day while visiting Kanab, Utah

The hotel is in terrible condition, the mattresses are extremely old. The hotel smells like bleach. We ordered a king size room was supposed to be a sweet ended up with maybe a queen size bed

Affordable, excellent localization from major touristic attraction, cleanliness and friendly staff. I highly recommend; we extended our stay. We encountered difficulties with the bedroom keys. Anybody can enter the hotel because you don t a key to enter the hotel from the side and main doors. Other than lock of security I rate the hotel a 5 star.

So much noise from the fridge, tenants, water, shower toilets, walking around, monkeys jumping on beds, bed was stiff had a rough night. Was clean and safe. But I’d sleep better in the car

The rooms are large and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly. It is a little dated and in need of upgrades. But its by far the best bang for the buckbfor 100 miles in any direction.

Bad experience

The host was not friendly then she put us in a room that stunk so bad of Clorox we could not even breathe. She said well she can’t help it if they used chemicals to Clean. Also the card key would not work had to have it reset twice. Went to get a refund to leave it was so bad and they would not honor it. Finally put us in an another room which was much better smell wise. But the bathroom tub was discussting did not even want to shower. The fridge rattled all night and the fan sounded like A 747 plane taking off. The place is in need af a remodel and better management. Will not Stay there again.
