"The Takumi was bare bones, even by Japanese standards. Other than that, our stay was very good! Communication with the manager of the property was excellent!"
"Good room and large bathroom for a good price, friendly staff and very convenient as well as it is right next to the train station and very close to the flippers jiyugaoka pancake restaurant. I had a very pleasant stay."

"The associates Miyaco and Naoki were excellent, they help us a lot, they wrote messages and instructions for the taxi drivers in their language, Japanese, they gave us information about places to visit, they wrote introductions in English and Japanese to ride the subway and hoe to exit the train stations, wlich are huge and confusing to exit, it was a great service, they are great"
"Air con amazing
Breakfast on point
Hotel bar excellent
In a gorgeous quiet area (so much so that we were whispering whilst walking to it from the train station during a 9pm arrival)
Would absolutely recommend and stay again!!"
"This hotel was just wonderful. I stayed at four other hotels on my trip to Japan. This was the cheapest, the smallest room and most city central. It was also the most kind, had the most amenities, was the most comfortable (true! but I did travel solo, so not that much luggage) and also the most peaceful. I’m so happy this was my first hotel in Japan."
"I was very happy here! The staff is very thoughtful and helped me figure out my train ticket to Kyoto. It had a functioning washer and good water pressure. "
