The hot tub was closed since that’s one of the things we look for when we book a hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was nice and clean.”

“I booked this room last minute and arrived late at night. Check in was easy. Got inside of the room and it smelt like smoke and there were cigarette burns on the blankets and stains. I returned to the front desk and informed the man that I could not stay in the room. He assured me that a refund would not be an issue and to contact Expedia. I was refunded without any issues. Even though the room was not to my standards I appreciate the gentleman being polite and able to assist.”

Complained to front desk, nothing they could do. 198.00 a night and no working tv. Poor internet and nothing special”

“You can’t go wrong with Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is super clean, well maintained, excellent hot breakfast and super nice dining room as well. The bedding was like new, same with the chair in room. Bathroom was perfect and clean! This hotel is also in a safe and nice area. There’s also a lot of new stores and restaurants just on the opposite side of the freeway. Also close to Centralia if you like Outlet Malls.”
