โThe staff was kind, inviting and prompt. Breakfast has quite a large variety, compared to othere nearby hotels. Omelette and oatmeal was especially good! The bathroom and kitchen were well eqipped. Holyyoke mall, Target, and Bestbuy are located in 5 less than 5 minute drive.

โYou need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" . โThe hotel was absolutely spotless, the staff was perfect, the breakfast was OK. The only drawback is being right next the highway. The noise from the passing vehicles prevented a good night's sleep. This is of no fault of the hotel or the staff but it is something to take into consideration. โ
