Staff continued conversation with person across lobby while we were waiting to check in. Verbally told us wrong room number. When we finally found the room, in a building under construction, cardboard on floors. We discovered it was wrong room and occupied when staff member walking by let us in room. When we obtained correct room number, front desk wanted us to go through lobby, courtyard and through the construction again, instead of just instructing us to use back entrance that was two doors from our room. Room door would not secure until forced, curtain shears were disinitigrating, a/c unit LOUD. Outdoor entrances NEVER secured. People smoking marijuana near entrance doors. No courtesy breakfast and rates were outrageous.

The building is not diabled friendly. No elevators. No resturant just a bar. Breakfast is good, without a restaurant you are limited for dinner selection.

This is an old property. Seemed a little rundown. Certain areas are nice like the lounge, dining room and outside lounging area but the room was very small. Very low water pressure in the shower.
