We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed.
We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us.
Those were our only two complaints! ”
“The complimentary shuttle was a plus. Front desk reception was amazing. Everyone was happy, friendly, helpful. We had a king suite. It was roomy and comfortable. The beach is just across the street. We didn’t spend any time at the beach - lots of seaweed. Resort pool is open late every night. Front desk staff available 24/7. ”

Only issues we had were the parking was not very convenient per room, there wasn't a microwave or coffee pot in room. Minor inconveniences for such a wonderful place.
