“Great experience overall! Clean hotel and pool, great local food and convenient shuttle service to downtown Key West.
We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed.
We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us.
Those were our only two complaints! ”
“We are locals having to stay at a hotel while our house was being fumigated for termites. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating our late check out needs and got us the best price possible. Really nice room with big dig walking area right outside with nice grass. Everything was conveniently located for our needs. ”
“This is a gorgeous historic place in Old Town. The staff was super—helpful, accommodating, professional and friendly. The included breakfast was ample and fresh. The grounds and rooms are lovely lush and charming—four beautiful pools and great A/C. Call ahead to reserve your parking if needed.
