"Hitel located in very convenient area, but staff is ok, not as friendly like other hotels. Good location, 10 mins uber to Myeongdong or 25 mins walk."

"No complaints with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. They were also good at English. The room was clean, but the hallways and bathroom had a sewage smell. There was continuous drainage noise from the next room that was loud. It woke me up at 2 in the morning because it got louder all of a sudden. Overall it was an okay stay but it would not be my first choice in Seoul."

"We gave it a 4 star because it really did not have much food options for our own liking although there are lots of food, restaurants, groceries around. It is also far from the main attractions we prefer and the airport bus is across a big intersection so if you have luggages like us, will have to walk a little bit. We like the amenities and coin laundry. Staff are all helpful."

"The property is well located in the Myeodong area. Subway is like 5 mins walk. Lots of places to eat around the area. Quite convenient. The hotel is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Room size is sufficient. I would come back again. "

"The hotel and staff were fantastic. Located in a great area, just a short walk to where a bunch of tours pick up and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The service was A+ and staff went above and beyond at each step of our stay. I'd like to add that we were celebrating our honeymoon and received a handwritten congratulations note in our room, which was incredibly thoughtful and a wonderful touch. Thank you for that! Our state was overall wonderful and would definitely return. Highly recommend."

"Exactly what we needed. Very clean, ideal location from Seoul station, surprisingly spacious, and quiet. Arrived late afternoon after long flight with plans for morning train to Gyeongju Hotel Manu has the perfect location. The restaurant (separate from hotel) on first floor was an added bonus. "
