"Good central location but the walk to the subway is too long. The room is smaller than expected and the bathroom is not separate from the bed area. An awkward design. I mentioned to the front desk and showed some pictures, that the shower wand holder was loose on the wall, nothing was done to correct the problem. I also mentioned the mold on the bathroom wall near the soap dispensers. The solution was that housekeeping scrubbed the mold with a toothpick and left the dirty toothpick on my scrub sponge."

"Great location, friendly and very helpful staff with good English, cannot comment on food as we didn't have breakfast. I thought the mattress was too hard, the staff tried to help, but even a second topper didn't help-I guess just different ways of sleeping. Had a great view of the Namdaemun gate from our room and even got a birthday bote in the room for my daughter's birthday. Can totally recommend."

"We would stay here again for the neighborhood and amenities. We had access to metro on the same block, and Seoul Station via elevated pedestrian walkway, plus walkable shopping/dining. A small road behind the hotel leads to Namsan walking paths (not for the faint of quads). The mountain view room was very quiet. Great breakfast buffet with variety of Asian and Western foods; check for room rates that include it. There’s a convenience store and coffee shop with sandwiches/light breakfast if you don’t want to pay for the buffet. Minor thing if lights disturb you: there’s a motion light by the entry/bathroom that can’t be turned off manually. If someone gets up a lot at night, it just turns on when they go into the bathroom and again when they come out."

"Exactly what we expected and needed for a brief one night layover after our flight. The ac was wonderful in the hot humidity Korea is currently having. Finding exit 12 was a bit difficult but that is mainly due to user error than anything. Overall It was a wonderful 1 night stay!"

Gym is tiny - one chest press, dumbbells, two treadmills, water bubbler. Rooms relatively small but nicely furnished. Best water pressure in shower. Would recommend but on the pricier side"
