"The hotel wasn't very up to date but all works alright.
The location was great and they kept our luggage safely before checked in and after checked.
The staff were very kind and good service.

"The hotel is very accessible to shopping and restaurants. It's close to the market where you can try all the Korean street foods. Staff was great. We had a wonderful stay."
"The hotel beds were very comfortable and clean and it was really close to train stations and buses. Be aware this is not walking distance to Myeongdong, although there are plenty of convenient buses and trains within steps from the main door. I still loved this hotel for its cleanliness and ease of check-in"

"The staff at Hotel The Botanik were em very friendly and spoke good English. The property is conveniently located between two metro stations and a short walk to Gwangjang Market.
The signature suite (two queen bedrooms) was great for our family and had the bonus of in room laundry appliances and a full size fridge freezer. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Just a short walk and metro ride to the main centres. "
"I want to praise two staff, Angel and Sally at the front desk. I stayed 4 nights. The 3rd day I got sick from heat and ate wrong food. Staff Angel went above and beyond helped me order take-out so I can have some decent soup to heal my stomach at 9pm.
Sally was also a super staff. I hope her hotel manager treasure her presence because nowadays it’s hard to find staff that truly cares for guests’ needs. Especially so many People in and out everyday.
Sally helped me booked massage and order take away meal. She was really patience noted I’m in my 60s and slow in cores. Thank you Angel and Sally. I hope to see you both well and promote to upper staff next time I see you again. I will always remember the good experience at Fraser hotel. Thank you :)"
