"The only issue we had was that our room and that of our traveling companions was COLD. When I called the front desk to ask how to turn on the heat, they said the heat was not working and that the only option was to turn the AC down on the thermostat but it didn't help. I asked if we could have some extra blankets and was told that there would be an extra charge which I said was not right so they gave us a blanket for our 2 beds and did not ultimately charge us."

"absolutely LOVED our stay here! We stayed for 5 nights and then left for Busan and will be returning to same hotel for a few additional nights before flying home. Hotel offered to store our larger luggage while we took a smaller bag to Busan which was perfect, our suite was gorgeous and made for a very clean and comfortable stay. "Nice hotel near Seoul station. It is on top of a very busy restaurant and smelled like food even on the 7th floor. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Nice sized shower and Japanese style toilet. Free water daily in room. "
