"The only issue we had was that our room and that of our traveling companions was COLD. When I called the front desk to ask how to turn on the heat, they said the heat was not working and that the only option was to turn the AC down on the thermostat but it didn't help. I asked if we could have some extra blankets and was told that there would be an extra charge which I said was not right so they gave us a blanket for our 2 beds and did not ultimately charge us."

Hotel offered to store our larger luggage while we took a smaller bag to Busan which was perfect, our suite was gorgeous and made for a very clean and comfortable stay. "This is a top class hotel. We did find the breakfast buffet too noisy, understandably with the volume of people, a bit hot and miss on food temperatures However there where other quite options available."
