"The hotel was convieniently located in the heart of old town Hanoi. It was clean, with all the amenities you might want. The staff really made the biggest difference. They learned my name and what I liked within a day or two. Always pleasant, always opening doors for me, always friendly and offering tips for everything from grocery stores to food and attractions. I stayed here twice and I'll stay here again next time through."
