โSiamo stati benissimo. Il personale del albergo molto premuroso e gentile. Tutti i servizi sono di ottima qualitร , ci piaciuto anche la cucina, molto buona e varia. Il mare รจ vicinissimo, 5 minuti a piedi. Torneremo volentieri in questo posto meraviglioso.โ
โThe best hotel in sharm elshaik we had a great time the pictures doesnโt say everything about this beautiful hotel we stayed 8 nights at pickabatrous hotel and five in this one I regret we didnโt do the whole stay in this hotel the service is amazing and the rooms are brand new very spacious the team are amazing great service thanks to Hani the golf cart guy my daughter loved him and all the team are amazing we love Egypt and Egypttion โ
โBest place to stay ever in Sharm El-Sheikh!
I had to check out very early in the morning, but this guy at the reception (Sameh Ashraf) was super nice and willing to help me and my company. I'd like to revisit this place. Don't hesitate to choose this place and find Sameh at the front, he is the best!โ
โWhat I liked:
I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the propertyโit felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous.
What I didnโt like:
The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him...

The quality of food was good however I suggest different menu each days rather than fixed ones. The hotel provides access to private beach free with free towel and settings.
