“The hotel is far away from many main attractions. The only thing close by is Gloria’s, giddy house and fort Charles. There is a nice view and the staff are friendly and helpful. While I was there, there was a power outage and no water was coming to the room. The generator could not be turned on so it was difficult to manage for about 2hours. “Spent $508 usd for 3 nights had no wifi the entire trip, tv wasn’t working and water Leak in the room. When address to the manager he turned around and gave my family member a discount instead of me when the room was booked under my name and credit card. Highly disappointed”

If I had never been to Jamaica, I'd be quite lost as there isn't a map or any fliers about what is popular in the city. Thankfully I am a Jamaican citizen so I wasn't lost but might be confusing for first time travellers”
