“Rooms are small, half the size of other 5 star hotels. Bathroom is tiny, hardly any space. Hot water tends to run out after 10 minutes. Very unusual for a hotel of this reputation. Expedia also promised a $50 voucher for VIP access when I purchased the room. The hotel said this was not communicated to them, and Expedia said they cannot honour after I arrived at the hotel. “This hotel has an amazing spot on the beach. The only drawback was the lack of a view from our room. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were delightful. Despite the lack of light/view in the room it does offer a number of beach facing seating areas and a fantastic breakfast ”

“Lovely quiet place with wonderful gardens and pool. Clean and large rooms, great staff, generous breakfast. Next to 3 in one spa for fabulous massage and a good coffee shop right next door. Great location. I cannot stress how lovely and accommodating staff is. ”

“I don’t even know where to begin to describe this place. It felt like home from the very moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. We felt so genuinely cared for throughout our stay that we honestly wished we could have stayed forever. A big shoutout to everyone working there (also to our yoga teacher, Nathalie) who made our first four days...
