“침대시트가 흰색이 아니라서 청결한 느낌이 들지 않았습니다. 시트 속 이불이 부직포 느낌이라 꺼림직했습니다. 욕실이 미끄러워 넘어졌는 데 욕조 고무매트가 번번히 없어졌습니다”

“First of all the staff was unbelievably nice and accommodating. Updated and clean rooms. Breakfast was a great spread and variety, Fresh food and clean dining area. The gym was lacking but it worked. There is a sauna near the pool too. Will be back.”

“Unbelievably wonderful. What an inn! Luxurious and well kept. So quiet. Plenty of food nearby.”

“the front desk charged me for a larger room, saying the rooms we booked were all full (?), then got aggressive when questioned. the rooms themselves were dirty, with toilet paper stuffed into a hole in the bathroom wall, streaky paint, and stained comforters. additionally, we had to call three numbers listed on the front door to get service, and when we finally got someone to answer, they were extremely unprofessional and asked several very personal questions. we would absolutely avoid this...

“Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable and convenient location too.”

“조용한 환경과 많은 볼거리, 페리와 공원, 박물관 등등.... 주변에 음식점도 많고 편의점도 있어서 불편함앖이 이용 했습니다. 다만 주차 환경이 조금 열악하다고 해야하나 주차비를 따로 내야하는것은 한국에서는 경험하지 못한거라서... 아무튼 훌륭한 호텔입니다.”

“Patsy was great to work with on some unique needs I had. The location was fantastic, and the property is beautifully kept. Parking is a challenge, especially for larger vehicles.”

“Hard to give my normal 5 stars due to most of the common areas in the process of upgrades and renovations. Despite this and the mess that goes with it, this is one of my favorite hotels to stay in! Staff are amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable, views are gorgeous and breakfast is like dining in a restaurant. So much good food, spotlessly clean and a beautiful water view! Location is close to everything in Silverdale. I recommend this hotel 100% and look forward to staying again when...

“Everyone was very nice and always right there to answer questions. Great location.”

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”
