“The service was wonderful. The staff helped arrange things like taxis and a horse ride and made sure I got breakfast before an early morning tour (excellent scones!). They were especially accommodating on my last day when I was taking a late train, allowing me to shower and have a place to hang out for a little while in the late afternoon.
